About the Creator
Author and Nutrition Coach. Charlene Chong is a Singaporean entrepreneur, weight loss coach and author. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Curtin University of Australia (Perth) and a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (Sydney). She is also a member of the Complementary Medical Association (UK). After leaving her corporate job in 2012, she embarked on her life as a professional Argentine Tango dancer and teacher, business owner, weight loss coach and author. She resides between Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, where she and her husband, Chef Oliver Krstic, run their baking school Lin Switzerland and events company Huush Gourmet. They have a beautiful Saluki mix named Daffyd the beloved.
