Welcome to Let's Cook With Nancy! As current owner and Innkeeper of Olde Square Inn, I’ve had the pleasure of serving breakfast to more than 8,000 guests. That’s a lot of hours in the kitchen perfecting techniques and tweaking dishes. As a former teacher who has led as least as many students over 24 years, I know that learners can more easily achieve mastery when they can understand what makes a thing work. I'm looking forward to helping you become an expert in the kitchen by teaching you the hows and the whys behind the techniques and ingredients.
