    About the Book

    Edit

While late night feeds are more relevant to new mothers, this poem will make mothers feel something, no matter their stage of life. Motherhood is a constant evolution, yet when we see a bottle or think of those early restless nights with our newborn, we are each transported back in time instantly. This bedtime poem is a mother's version of a bedtime story that will remind her she is not alone in early motherhood as well as her time onward. What's even better than that reminder is God's example for us and what it means to be a disciple despite the hardships of motherhood. It is heartbreakingly beautiful to experience this life, watching your children grow up and become their own person. Whether you are a new mom, grandmother, or great-grandmother you understand what that means and why it is such a bittersweet privilege to parent and watch your baby go from having late night feeds to late night phone calls. The good news is: you have a God who rejoices in motherhood and calls you His own. Just as your children run to you, continue to run to your Heavenly Father, praying in all you do - even during late night feeds.
