About the Book
A new book celebrating the last hundred years of Nature conservation and the first fully illustrated and annotated flora of Scolt Head Island. Containing information on some little known history, buildings past and present, aerial photographs, maps etc but the main content of the book contains the most up to date plant data for the island, with a new list of the wild flowers and every species believed to be present illustrated with at least three images with over 1400 previously unseen images in total, showing both the plants and habitat and ecological descriptions. Also contains over sixty species never before recorded on this remarkable offshore barrier island of sand dunes and saltmarsh on the North Norfolk coast of England
