About the Book
The collection of photos presented in this book takes a look throughout the crowds of events in the greater Boston area. Focusing in on the moments hidden within these crowds, taking an intimate dive into moments you might witness among these gatherings and the beauty scattered among the chaos. In and around these kinds of crowds people are surrounded by like-minded individuals all gathered together for fun celebration or protest. Whatever the reason for gathering, it makes people feel safe in an uncommunicated way. Attendees act out or play up characters whether in costume or personified versions of themselves. I find myself returning to children and pets in these kinds of scenarios as well finding the unwilling or unknowing participants simply sharing a space with those that have brought them to said gathering.
