    About the Book

    Edit

18 year old Bella Anderson is the most popular girl in the school. Her friends love her, her teachers love her, and most importantly her peers love her. And when she tells lies about herself more people love her. She is crushing over a boy who doesn’t deserve her at all, but then one day she finds herself getting butterflies in her stomach every time a girl in her grade walks by. She is stuck between being the perfect girl or going after what her heart desires. Emily Anderson is a normal 13-year-old girl just trying to get through the school day without being noticed. She is loved by her family and she wants nothing more! As the days go by she gets closer to the thing she has been dreading for from the age of 9: her Bat Mitzvah! She gets stressed and starts worrying her world is going to fall apart. On top of it all she develops a crush on a close boy in her life, and she starts going through changes she learned about in fifth grade - and she doesn't like it. Can she push through and make it to the end of the month? Or will she let her friends and family down and collapse under the pressure?
