Chloe Smith is a 13 year old girl living in Northern California. When she moves to a new stable, she is faced with a lot of new challenges. She gets an upsetting text from her ex best friend Scarlett taunting her that she made the advanced team at her barn and was going to the state wide horse show regionals. A lot more is at stake. A lot of pressure is on Chloe to make the advanced team so that she can make it to regionals. But even if she does, will it just be smooth sailing from there, or will she hit rapids that turn her world upside down.
