About the Creator
About the Author Özer Mumcu was born in Tekirdağ in 1980. He completed his primary and secondary education at Tekirdağ Anatolian High School and Private Tekirdağ Science High School with a scholarship. He graduated from Trakya University Electronic Communication Technology in 2003 and Namık Kemal University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting in 2020. He completed his master's degree in the same department. Özer Mumcu, who was introduced to chess during his secondary school years, started to participate in tournaments as a player during his high school years and gained various degrees and international ratings. Since 2006, he has worked as a translator, chess coach and visual arts teacher in various institutions.
