I was so fascinated by how gorgeous Nathan, King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard's synth table looked (and sounded) during their EU Rave Tour in November 2025. It inspired me to create this photo book. The photos are taken with Fujifilm X-E2 and a modified Industar-69, an old soviet lens that has an unforgettable character with its signature geometry and distortions that make the lights take fantastic shapes, looking very surreal and psychedelic, sometimes with an impressionist touch to it. At one point I found myself in the zone playing with colors while editing the photos, and it gave me a lot of joy discovering that unique visual style with dark areas inverted, emphasizing the colors of Nathan's LED lights shaped by the lens in such a way that sometimes made me think about impressionist paintings.
