About the Book
Rachel Wolfe is a visual and installation artist. Terrain, water, and movement engage the human senses and notions of perception on the relationship between Vision and Body. Her process and projects are influenced by training in dance and music. Her oeuvre includes writing, photography, video, installation, drawing, painting, and performance. Seeing the body as the generative force in cognition, Wolfe’s meditative works nurture a reverence for beauty. Her life’s work is to make visible the myth of the psychological and physical divide. She exhibits internationally and works on private, commercial, media, and consulting projects.
