      About the Book

      Edit

It is by not any stretch of the imagination that I as an outdoor and nature was inspired by the photography of Ansel Adams, who isn't right? Anyway, I wrestled over the idea of doing this book for sometime to visually express that inspiration in a pure form.

I in no way would even begin to think I am as good or better than the master photographer. At best I would say I'm for the most part, middle of the road as photographers go. I just want to express my gratitude to someone who was an inspiration for me as I found my own way through the world of photography.

It is my hope that you will be able to see the influence Ansel Adams' vision and technique has had in my growing work.

To this day when I get to a scene, I ask, "What would Ansel have done?"

Well I hope I answered that question.
