      Micronaut is an internationally recognized scientific photographer and has appeared in two National Geographic feature articles since December 2009. His works display his unique perspective with profound clarity and are based on his scientific expertise and personally-executed preparation, microscopy and post-processing. Since 2005 his works are published by the greatest names in science and photography, such as BBC, CELL, Nature, VOGUE, and National Geographic. Over the years, Micronaut has received many awards and nominations, including 'International Photographer of the Year 2011', German Prize for Scientific Photography (2011 and 2009), Best Images of Research (2010, 2008, 2006), Best Scientific Cover (2010, 2008). Currently, Micronaut images are on show at the 2011 Gwangju Design Biennale in South Korea, on invitation by the prominent Chinese Artist and Social Activist Ai Weiwei, and at the 'International Images for Science Exhibition' in Bath, UK (Royal Photographic Society
