I have been involved in editorial photography for 35 years. Published work in books, and magazines of note allowed me to teach others......about nature around us, about pet responsibility, and the awe of young subjects from babies and children to puppies, and wildlife babies. My aim is to capture a moment in time that emotes feelings that involve the viewer in the moment; that makes one laugh, cry or, more importantly, to think. I sell stock, or will work on assignment. I also have a collection of signed prints available for retail sale. My writing involves natural history and finding inspiration in the natural world. My book about foxes is an intimate look at a fox family that lives in my neighborhood, what I have learned about them, and how they have helped me view the natural world. I am also working on a book about the alpine life of Mt. Evans, Colorado.
