About the Book
I am a veteran of the fashion industry. Work allowed me the opportunity to travel abroad frequently, allowing me to gather food memories and recipes. In 2007 I purchased By The Bay on the Long Island Sound and stepped out of the pantry so to speak for my passion for food. During the week I continue to be a fashion warrior in Manhattan and a weekend goddess on Long Island. Weekends are spent By The Bay cooking, writing and photographing food with friends and family.
