These photographs were taken in the Northern California Redwood Forests of the Jedeiah Smith State Park and adjacent Redwood National Park. The rainforests and rugged coastlines along the Oregon Coast including the areas of Bandon, Oceanside and Cape Meares which provided a variety of subjects. The Olympic National Park has

extensive rainforests in the areas of Lake Quinault, Hoh and Sol Duc. The beaches including Ruby Beach at Kalaloch and Rialto Beach at La Push provided spectacular coastal scenery.
