About the Book
It’s a wild, wild world,” as the title suggests, deals primarily with the wild beasts of our planet. Sometimes we have problems trying to co-habitat with them, and they with us. But we should make every effort to give the wild animals their space, preserve their habitats, and avoid hurting or killing the whenever possible. I for one want my grandchildren, and their children, to be able to enjoy the full array of these magnificent creatures—in the wild.
A former lawyer now pursuing a career in fine art, I am an expressionist painter trying to capture the spirit of my subject, be it man, animal or place. Since 2008 I have written, illustrated and published ten books of my animal paintings and limericks. Additionally, I have published two books of my landscape paintings, each painting relating to the writings of noted environmentalists, naturalists and poets. The theme of my books is the significance of our natural assets, whether they be forests, lakes, mountains, desert, swamps or the wild animals that inhabit the wilderness.
