This charity cookbook brings together a selection of recipes discovered by a group of friends who set themselves the challenge of cooking a meal each Wednesday from a different country of the world. 'World Wednesday' is simply an excuse for friends to get together and celebrate world food. It doesn’t matter whether you do this on a Monday, a Saturday, a Thursday or a Tuesday. All proceeds from the charity cookbook go to Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research to help it to beat blood cancers, in honour of one of the World Wednesday creators, who started the first draft of this cookbook while in hospital for his leukaemia treatments.
