      In October of 2008, 15 University of the Incarnate Word (in San Antonio, Texas) students and faculty completed field work in a Study Abroad Program designed to explore fair trade practices, microenterprise, and Guatemalan coffee exports.

      This book documents a University of the Incarnate Word Study Abroad program sponsored by The Center for International Peace Studies within the HEB School of Business at UIW.
