About the Book
Through my past work experience in the hospitality industry, I uncovered what I believe is the key for customer service success, leading in the moments that matter and how servant leadership plays a role in this. This is what inspired me to start Lead in the Moment, LLC. At Lead in the Moment, I have coupled my industry expertise with education and passion to create a forum to share and discuss this with others. My passion for leadership through service to others has led me to write "A Winning Combination - Servant Leadership in the Hospitality Industry" as well as the "Line Level Leadership in Hospitality" Series. My new children's series, "Ricky the Pirate Dog," will be released in 2015 and incorporates basic leadership principles. My educational background complements my experience. I have a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Servant Leadership Certificate from Gonzaga University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland University.
