About the Book
This journal is an invitation to see how your experience of everyday life shifts after 100 Days of practicing gratitude through simple creativity. Current research shows that having a daily gratitude practice OR spending just a few minutes drawing every day can reduce our stress and anxiety and increase our enjoyment of life. Drawing on Gratitude brings both of these daily practices together for a deeper experience. Each day has room for a small drawing and description of a favorite moment from the day.
