Late in March 2015 while surfing the net I stumbled upon the Fireweed Hostel located in Field, British Columbia. Field is a little village located in the center of Yoho National Park in British Columbia, just 20 minutes west of Lake Louise, Alberta. There are less than 200 hundred people that live in the community year round. Here was the perfect solution, a warm dry bed every night, great people to meet and talk to each night and an easy drive each day to the many hiking trails running through Yoho National Park.
