About the Book
[TRANS-] is a non-profit, student-run academic journal created by the members of Tau Sigma Delta in 2014 at the College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture at the University of Arizona.
[TRANS-] attempts to live up to its name by exploring topics across architecture and design, beyond the surface understanding, and through the intricacies of its implications.
[ABouT]-Performance asks members of the architectural community to share projects or moments that highlight their experience with performance in the built environment. The journal explores the broad interpretations of the word “performance” through the lens of place and time, while considering implications of environmental, social, economic and political conditions.
