About the Book
In 1990, Audrey Freudberg was raped by a minister she was seeing for counseling. Unable to trust anyone at all after that, she turned to writing and drawing to help herself through her pain.
This book contains the artwork that, along with the guidance of some honest, kind and wise medical practitioners and teachers, motivated her to keep moving through and to the other side of the devastating impacts of rape.
This book is like none other, with its unique artwork and deeply moving narrative. It is at times profoundly painful, but ultimately an inspiring story of triumph.
