About the Book
The book is about 30,000 words, which means it's technically a novella, or a short novel.
Elly Gibson is a purple-haired writer and editor based in New York state. She has worked for a handful of newspapers in both New Mexico and New York as a reporter, copy editor, photographer, and feature writer. She graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2015 with a bachelor’s in Business Administration, and never seemed to fit in with her corporate-bound classmates. She currently lives in Albany, New York with her husband Steven; their cat, Arthur; and two Labrador retrievers, Steven (whom she met before she met her husband) and Edgar. When she’s not writing articles and personal essays (or the occasional limerick), you’ll probably find her sitting on her couch watching Rushmore for the umpteenth time.
