About the Book
Barre Variations is a fun and challenging barre workout with the perfect blend of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. This workout was inspired by clients who said that every barre workout was too repetitive and boring. Another client comment often heard was of the repetitiveness and bad postural alignment instructed that caused strain and injury. As a dancer and fitness professional, I wanted anyone who has taken my class to fall in love with moving, and do it in a way that is safe for the body. Movement is freeing and empowering. In my mind, there is nothing better than having the ability to move the body in its’ full range of motion with strength and control!
