About the Book
The goal of this book was to continue to try and expand my chicken wing batch of recipes even more. In this book, I tried to keep my wing recipes simple. You can bake them, fry them, grill them or use the slow cooker. It's all up to you!
Some of these recipes I will recommend the best cooking method for them. So take what I have given you and make it your own.

Dana Saide has spent his life learning to better himself as a home chef. He began cooking at an early age by watching cooking shows on public access TV. Later, the internet became his culinary resource. Throughout his life, he has always tried to cook it himself. Whether the method is canning, charcuterie, smoking, grilling, preserving, growing his own vegetable or just plain cooking, Dana has always had the passion to become a master. Dana's professional career has been spent working with technology. Cooking in his off hours has enabled him to connect with his creativity and practice the artistry of food for his family and friends. He also enjoys photography.
