William Karl Valentine

Over the last 35 years William Karl Valentine has exhibited his work in over 30 group and solo exhibitions. He also has work in several permanent collections including The Center for Creative Photography at The University of Arizona, The Fogg Museum at Harvard, Cal State Long Beach, and the University of New Mexico. In 1991 he published the book Santa Anita (ISBN 0-9631400-0-0) and in 2001 he collaborated on the book Newport Beach - a Photographic Portrait (ISBN 1-885435-19-3). He attended Arizona State University and studied under Bill Jay, William Jenkins, Tamarra Kaida, James Hajicek, and Van Deren Coke. In 1986 he graduated with a BFA specializing in Photography. He has several prominent bodies of work including series dealing with Law Enforcement and Cactus League Baseball.
