BIRD FOLK is more than a collection of poetry--it brings the reader on a journey through Antonio's experience of being black in America. It's an exploration of masculinity, love, loss, life, and blackness. It's an understanding of intersectional identities, and a call to action for us all to do better by Black America. And it's good poetry.



50% proceeds from Bird Folk will go to Boston Scores, a nonprofit that provides urban youth with team-based education programs.
