The Blurb Road Show Begins

Ahhh, the Pacific Northwest. A place with tall trees, strong coffee, and—most importantly—a lot of very creative people. It seemed like the perfect place to kick off the Blurb Roadshow, a 12-month creative spree that will takes us across the continent, and the world.

First stop: Portland, Oregon. We’ll be engaging with the folks at the XOXO Festival. We’re still working out our exact plans, but expect something visually amazing and interactive.

Next stop: Seattle, Washington. We have a host of events, some of which have already sold out. But here’s the rundown:

Saturday, September 12: We host a letterpress class at Constellation & Co., a local print shop that creates its catalogs through us. But this class isn’t about printing with Blurb, but about letterpress printing. [SOLD OUT]

Sunday, September 13: We have a creative doubleheader. First, we’ll conduct our first ever underground photo walk, shooting and exploring under the Seattle streets. Later, we’ll be hosting a cocktail and appetizer pairing course at the Pennyroyal bar in Belltown. [SOLD OUT]

Monday, September 14: A Blurb community meet-up at the Bookstore Bar and Café. It’s a chance to meet us and other Blurb book-makers, have some drinks, and show off your book. And, of course, have a drink or two on us.

And who knows, we may be up to even more. For more details, including links to RSVP for any of our open events, check out the Blurb events page.

See you on the road!
