Born in the island of Jamaica, Tiffany Gabrielle James is a woman of faith, tenacity, enduring strength, and purpose. She serves alongside her husband Dr Odane C.W. James as the Co-Pastor of The Transformation Center and together with their beautiful children Jodi, Tyson Chloe and Olivia serve the city of Tampa FL, changing lives by the word of God.

Tiffany is a radical leader that is passionate about community development and change. She is a strong motivator, consultant, business coach and philanthropist who believes that change is always possible to those who have the courage to speak their next into their now and act on it.

Tiffany is innovative, passionate, and authentic sharing her experiences engaging the mind, stirring up thought emotion and touching the soul. Her work ranges from devotionals to children's books where she shares with the world bedtime stories she created for her own children.
