Corinne Rhodes


About

Cherry Press was founded by artist and instructor Corinne Rhodes. Corinne studied at the Museum School and Tufts University in Boston, the University of New Mexico and trained as a professional fine art printer at Tamarind Institute. Corinne teaches traditional and new, non-toxic Century Plate lithography and other printmaking techniques at Cherry Press, Bennington College and elsewhere, including EFA-Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop. Corinne has taught Century Plate demonstrations, courses and workshops at Brandeis University, Rhode Island School of Design, Zea Mays Printmaking and other sites.

Corinne has exhibited her artwork across the U.S. and in Canada, Mexico and the U.K. She is a recipient of Arts Worcester's Material Needs grant program, Birgit Skiold Memorial Trust, the British Arts Council's Professional Development Grant Scheme, a Public Art Grant from Dublin City Council and the LES Printshop's Key Holder Residency Program.
