I am a dress designer. I used to work for a design company but felt restrained there as I had to follow some norms. I always wanted to do things on my own and be creative. So, when I got the chance to do that, I started my business without hesitation.
I did not expect things to be excellent immediately. I knew that every business takes time to get established. However, mine seemed to be taking much longer. I had to struggle to keep things in perspective. I got professionals to help with improvements, but they did not benefit much. My friends gave me tips, and I readily absorbed them. For some time, my business seemed to improve. I was excited. However, after a few months, things went downhill again.
At that time, I was getting desperate. I began to look for help in every nook and corner. I had decided that I would go back to working for the previous company if things did not work out in the end.
