As a mother and and what I would consider a professional empath, I find myself learning as much as I teach others. I try to notice small moments of wonder that shape my creative work. My writing often wanders into questions about consciousness, personal growth, mindfulness, and falling apart as a necessary part of the human journey. I believe there's always room for more love, more growth, and more magic in the ordinary and everyday experiences. I spend a lot of time creating and often times I can be found with my art journal or tablet, painting clouds in countless combinations, writing, or other projects I come up with on the spot. When I’m not creating or sharing gentle moments with my family and cats, I sometimes play video games, do tarot readings, but even those I incorporate into my creative process.
