At the age of nine, my grandmother gave me an old Kodak Instamatic. I feel like I’ve carried a camera ever since. After a few years in London working as a photographic assistant, I launched headlong into my own career as a photographer. However, life takes its twists and turns and, for the last twelve years, I've dedicated much of my working life to printing and retouching for other photographers. 2012 seemed the right time to embrace my roots once again by building www.mrjacklowe.com, a forum for my own photography.
