About the Book
How is life on the road? Is it rough living on a bus? What do you guys do for fun? What are the costumes like? How do you do your make-up? What is it like to do the show in so many different theaters?
What is tour like?
While I don't believe that any book can fully answer these questions I do think it can give you a glimpse inside the magic, little bubble that is life on tour. They say a picture says a thousand words-- well then this book ought to save me a couple hundred thousand words towards answering those questions that people have been asking me and excise a bit of artistic passion along the way.
Just like the show and the movie this book, with the exception of the portraits in the beginning, starts it's journey in black and white and moves to color!
Welcome to a glimpse into the world of the National Tour of The Wizard of Oz!

About the Creator
Jason Simon

I found my passion for photography through my passion for theatre. Initially borrowing a camera from a local photographer to take photos of my theatre company's shows, I now have my own equipment and have found work shooting headshots and modeling shots for friends and acquaintances. I travel a lot! I have criss-crossed this continent more times than I can recall! I found that my propensity as an actor to "people watch" has translated into my favorite subject matter as a photographer. I'm interested in exploring this world of photography and trying to find new ways to express myself and new creative partners out in this big, small world of ours!
