We are Megan Kline and Justin Shimer and we make up Shimer Photography.
We believe that photography should be treated in an anthropological manner: watching everything and capturing each moment as it happens, but at a distance. We make sure not to interfere with your big events, from weddings to commercial shots. We do offer posed pictures as well, but always with a bit of your personality added in. We want you to have some truly artistic shots capturing you at some of your happiest times. With the many options we have at Shimer Photography, we are confident that you will be pleased as punch with each shot and technique.

We specialize in applying alternative processes and artistic perspectives to Fine Art, Engagement, Kids, Family, Wedding (and whatever else you would like taken) Photography.

We have the advantages of a background in both digital and film photography, and therefore apply both mediums to every project we encounter.
