C. Aubrey McWatt was born in British Guiana, South America. He is a citizen of Canada and resides in Pennsylvania, USA. Aubrey has dedicated his life to aesthetic involvement in several art forms. His poetry reflects thoughts on life and a vision of virtues he strives to pursue. His paintings, drawings and sculptures reflect a belief that the universe and everything in it including nature, thought, and emotion are inherently connected.  

Aubrey studied at the Seattle Academy of Fine Art and is fluent in Spanish and French. He has taught art history and painting to both young people and adults and has presented his illustrated essays, including The Artist’s Search for Reality, Art and Social Change and Postmodern Ideas on the Function of Art to diverse groups internationally.
