My photographic journeys lead to discoveries of subject matter enhanced by natural light and interest. In this sense, visual storytelling transcends typical graphics, by using photographic and video imagery that distinguishes subject matter through composition, color or lack of color, focus and interest.

The resulting images not only document, but also to arouse a viewer's senses, emotion and intellect. Subject matter includes fine art landscape, waterscapes, street, and documentary photography.

My primary cameras include a Sony a6000 DSLR; and a Nikon Coolpix P&S is used for convenience with expedition work. Images are primarily edited and enhanced in Photoshop Lightroom 5.7 and Macphun Luminar 2018. From time to time I will use an iPhone 8 Plus or iPad, typically when this suits me. These images may also be edited with iPad apps. Previous works were taken with a Canon 5D DSLR.
