About
I am a chef and a nutrition coach for ten years and have the power of healthy cooking in my hands. Our dinner pallettes can impact our physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. With so much social media around, you are too busy to cook and take time to sit down and chew. Instagram posts are only taking us away from the happiness of making a real meal with nutrients. We have been eating fast food that is processed. It exposes our organs to foreign particles through food that has traveled miles on machines and conveyors. The home-cooked food palettes are the medium that brings us closer to healthy eating with a good chat. Family discussions are good for our health and well-being. That is wisdom that is as old as the hills. But, we are human, and maintaining nutritious food on the dinner table is complicated, and the hard work of tending to family and friends is not glamorous. It is also lifelong. It never ends. The result is excessive weight gain, anxiety, and depression.
