As a business, I decided to venture Into the real estate sector majorly by leasing out the property to people. Of all the other businesses I have participated in I can attribute that investing in property and land business is profitable. This is possible as it can earn you a huge amount of money in years to come. In as much as it's expensive for instance building a rental house, the profits are huge. Though they may take a while or even years before the profits are returned. With that said I decided to set some money apart and build some rental buildings to rent them out. So basically besides being a businessman I have earned the title of a landlord.
I have several rental buildings which are already occupied by people. Owning such a building for the rental is beneficial but at times there can be problems, especially with tenants. The main challenges that I face with tenants are some lacking to pay rent and damaging the house they are in.
