Modia Batterjee with a doctorate degree in Health Administration has long provided a voice of advocacy and support in the international health community. She has extensive experience in the development and management of women and infant advocacy projects to raise awareness and to improve health status and well-being. She is a published author of "A Fading Art. Understanding Breastfeeding in the Middle East”. And has served as an educator, teaching classes for college students, mothers, and healthcare workers. In addition she has been involved in record breaking national health awareness campaigns in Saudi Arabia.
