About the Creator
Photography is a temporal and solitary pursuit. Unlike the painter who is limited only by that which her imagination can conjure, the photographer is limited to that which she witnesses first-hand at disjunct moments of her life. To transcend these limitations, the photographer must distill, from the daily data assault of modern life, signifiers universal to human experience. Amidst 21st Century absurdities such as the smaller yet more productive workforce, the undeclared war, and the complacent acceptance of the perceived threat of death by terrorism, glimpses of Truth still emerge.
