As artist-in-residence at the Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge in the summer of 2014, Marian S. McLellan set out to create a book as a way to honor Noxubee's refuge for Mississippi's flora and fauna. "Refuge, An Unspoiled Glimpse of Noxubee Wildlife Refuge" contains original linoleum cut prints and verse that resulted from her residency.
