About the Book
From the point of view of an artist with ADHD, this book associates photography with my daily distractions. It shows how the little things play a big part of the creative process. In my everyday interactions I am quickly put off-track by the beauty of a moment that I yearn to collect for myself. I utilize this unique collection of moments and engagements with casual strangers to inspire the work I produce in a focused space like the studio or on location. This book is in two parts, the left is a snapshot of something I find inspirational, something I can absorb, and the right is what I created because of that moment. These associations are a reflection of who I am and who I aspire to be in the future. This book should impact how you see light and find inspiration in your every day life, artist or otherwise we are all absorbent.
