About the Book
Down To Earth Schools Drama Project 2010 was developed by Scene Change Theatre company in partnership with CMS and Arocha UK. The 1990 Kyoto agreement challenges participating countries to cut their greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) by 5.2% by 2012. The need for goverments to agree a new set of targets remains & time is running out. This project put children at the heart of the issue and this booklet documents photos and comments of this experience.

David worked for the Church Mission Society from 2002 where he created a number of drama education advocacy projects for schools around the country, David set up scene Change Theatre Co in 2009 and continued creating & touring 'Learning Through Drama' projects.. He completed an MA in Applied Drama at Goldsmiths College, University of London in 2010. In addition to David's work with Scene Change Theatre he also worked as a freelance drama practitioner, working for a number of arts and educational organisations. In 2013 David started working as a Regional Coordinator and Legacy Officer for Christian Aid. He continues his creative work with Scene Change Theatre and in a new intergenerational arts pilot for CA. David is married to Irfana and has two children.
