About the Book
The bond between a parent and a child can certainly be weakened over time. Sometimes, only by the grace of God, the love they have for each other is the link needed to keep the bond strong.
In "And So She Sang," the mother/daughter bond has taken a painful hit. The daughter, Melody, turns her back on her mother, Lyra, in order to seek fame. It is not until she hits a very, lonely low point that she realizes how much the love of her mother .means to her.
It has been said, "Love is never having to say you're sorry." In, "And So She Sang," it is through their tender act of saying, "I'm sorry," that real love is beautifully demonstrated between this mother and daughter.
