This photo book is a mini album of the 9th Jet World Masters held at the National Museum of the United States Air Force, July 27th - August 6th, Dayton, Ohio, 2011. Radio Control (R/C) Modelers from all over the world assembled to compete for the title of 'Jet World Master' in either of two weight classes. This competition is held in a different country every two years. This was it's first time in the United States of America, and will likely be the last for a very long time to come.
I've been involved with aviation all of my adult life, as a Mechanic and Flight Engineer in the USAF, as a Fuel Services Manager and Division Manager of a small FBO, and in my current position as a Customer Service Representative for an Offshore Air Taxi Service. I've also had a lifelong love affair with flying models of all types and sizes, and fly Radio Control (R/C) airplanes to this day. Photography is also a serious passion for me. My camera goes wherever I go and I even mount one on an R/C airplane for Aerial Photography.
