About the Creator
Nancy Lee Getman
Orangevale, CA
Nancy Lee now lives in California, near her four children and grandchildren. She lost her husband of 54 years in 2008. Scenes and people flood my memories, so I thought it was about time I put these to paper. I have always loved to write and paint, and to photograph. So, settle in for a little trip to the Berkshires on the cusp of WW II, struggling through the Great Depression, through the eyes of a child.
