    About the Ebook

Anequim is a racer airplane developed at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in Brazil by Professor Paulo
Iscold and his students. As an academical project, Anequim has as its core objective the education of young
Engineers, offering the chance to acquire broad knowledge regarding the creation of an airplane, but also the
passion and m􀀦ivation to work in the aerospace industry. As a secondary objective, Anequim was designed
to be one of the fastest airplanes in the world.
This book is a chronological report of the creation of this airplane, a step by step disclosure of this amazing
project. It contains hundreds of pictures with detailed information about the fabrication and the design of
this airplane and also a chronological description of the main activities performed throughout almost five
    years.
In August of 2015, five world records (certified by the Internation Federation of Aviation, FAI) were set and
this book also covers this achievement, offering to the reader insights of the hard work, comitment, and
excitment of the making of the World Fastest Four Cylinder Airplane - Anequim.
