I am a scientist born in London , jn1922. I won a Major scholarship to Emmanuel College, Cambridge, and obtained a first Class Honours degree, an M.A, and PhD in Chemistry 1940-1946) . I have had a long research career in the UK,France, Canada, New Zealand and China with many published papers articles in books and patents For the past 20 years I have been an Expert Reviewer for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. I submitted 1,898 comments on their last Report and I published "Greenhouse Delusion: a Critique of 'Climate Change 2001': on the previous Report. Despite all these years of study it is my opinion that no evidence has been found that so-called "greenhouse gases" are harming the climate, so I consider the whole exercise to be a colossal fraud.
